Check-in opens at 2:30 PM and closes at 8 PM. Check-out is due by 10:30 AM. Guests reception is handled by the staff who speaks Italian, English and French. It is able to solve whatever doubts regarding the accommodation and the hosting, or to give advice about Milan’s how to get around and interest points anytime. During the day the guests may ask to temporarily store luggage at the B&B while they’re out.
Both of the rooms of the B&B are provided with a private bathroom, free WiFi, Led TV, heating and air conditioning.
The “Tulipani” room is the largest, and provide a comfortable stay even for three people. It has exclusive use over the bathroom in front of it. The “Glicine” room is conveniently provided with a bathroom indoor. This makes it the best solution for two people’s stay.
From 8 to 10 AM breakfast can be served. During the morning, it is also possible to have breakfast before or after that time span, but staff assistance is not ensured. Kitchen is next-door to the two rooms. There are dining tables to sit at, crockery, a bench with the breakfast buffet comprised of both sweet and savory choices according to taste. Together with the dishes we offer water, milk, tea, different kinds of juices, espresso or american coffee and cappuccino.
Besides, the kitchen area is provided with a fridge, a small oven, a coffee maker and a kettle, which can be used freely by guests during the day. It is therefore possible to preserve or warm up the pre-made food. Cooking is not allowed.
The B&B Villa Emilia is located in a private road, far from traffic and acoustic pollution of the metropolis. Furthermore, it’s position allows it to offer a parking lot to its guests for the duration of the stay. Be careful to utilize one of the parking slots in front of our building, as those are the only spots that belong to the B&B. It is necessary to contact us at least the day before arrival to request the parking slot to be reserved with guarantee. Otherwise it is anyway possible to ask for it even on the arrival day but it’s availability can not assured.
For those who need to secure their bikes it is available a spot located between the front gate and the main entrance where to leave them. There is a feasible security and space to park one’s bike.
Next to the kitchen where breakfast is prepared there is the gateway to the internal, private garden of the B&B to relax in. Walking down a couple of steps guests could sit down under a large parasol, surrounded by different plants. There are chairs and a coffee table where to place stuff on, and a comfortable garden swing sofas. Since smoking is forbidden inside of the building, we prompt guests who smoke to use the garden, which is also provided with an ashtray.
The use of the garden is free at any given time without restrictions. Guests can go there to have a meal, to smoke or just to relax in peace.
